I am very impressed by your website. So clear, inormative and easy to use. I have only just joined your practice within the last couple of weeks (thank you for opening up in Llanfairfechan - really missed having a vet there after the other one closed down). I am very impressed with the service me and my dog Dan have received so far - everybody has been really welcoming and friendly.

i have been coming to prospect house since i had my border collie sam 12 years ago. unfortunately sam died last may and prospect house came round to put him to sleep and really treated him well. wi have now got two pups flynn 9 months and blaze 10 weeks. Prospect house helped me a lot by introducing me to puppy parties with flynn and he is now very friendly with other dogs. blaze is having his 2nd lot of jabs on wednesday 2nd and i hope to be bringing him to the parties as well.Prospect house have also introduced me to dog training classes in mochdre which i attend every thursday evening. Prospect house are a great vets and i have never had a problem with them at all. I highly reccomend them. I think your websit is great with loads of interesting and helpful details.

I think your website is very clear and easy to find your way around and covers all aspects of the service you give and easy access to other links. Have been using your practise for over 4years when we moved to the Colwyn Bay area and have always been impressed with the service you give. All staff are always polite and friendly and the vets always take the time to explain about a condition and always make you feel they care and that you are not on a conveyor belt for treatment. I have been pleased to reccomend your practise on couple of occassions to new pet owners.

a very nice site indeed my cat Pharoah died before christmas last year and i was rather upset but the staff at prospect house were very good and cearing.thanks again.
